**Details:**
100% pure plant-based, chemical-free hair dye
**Ingredients:**
- Indian Henna (Lawsonia inermis)
**How-to:**
1. Mix henna with warm water or coffee and black tea water and let it sit for 3-4 hours for dye release.
2. Apply to your hair and leave for 3–4 hours for full dye release. You can wear a heat cap, which cuts the time in half to keep henna on your hair.
3. Rinse out and do not shampoo for 24 hours for the henna color to set completely.
Please note:
Henna hair dye should be repeated every 4-6 weeks, or root touch-ups as needed.
Henna tends to loosen curls, so one can add zizyphis or amla powder to maintain curls and add volume.
We highly recommend adding Aloe Vera powder or fenugreek to the henna recipe for added moisture as henna can be drying.
**Proportions:**
Brown Hair: 50% indigo and 50% henna (coffee powder water recommended for deep brown colour)
Dark Brown Hair: 70% indigo and 30% henna
Reddish Brown Hair : 30% indigo and 70% henna
Burgandy Hair: Mix beet root powder with henna and hibiscus flower powder
Black Hair:
1. In 100 gms of henna add 2 tbsp aloe or fenugreek powder or hibiscus leaves powder , let us sit for 3-4 hours for dye release and a mix and apply to ur hair . Then wash it off
2. Mix indigo with warm water and leave for 30 min till it release its dye and looks purple metallic colour
3. Then apply of hair and scalp and cover your greys
4. Keep for 3 hours or so and wash it off
5. We recommend no shampoo for 24-48 hrs, but if you need to use it the nose some Barry mold cow ash or mild natural shampoo
